For many organizations, all kinds of things were happening at the same time this year. New regulations, overcrowded agendas and difficult choices. Of course, during all this, employees had to be able to continue to work safely. Last year, we were once again able to help many companies organize all this in a practical and organized way. That's why, in this article, we look back on a positive year and look ahead to what you can expect from us in 2026.
Customer satisfaction was also key in 2025. The focus was on personal contact, clear agreements and switching quickly when necessary. The nice NPS score of 74 shows that this way of working together is highly appreciated.
Many customers will recognize our way of working. No hassle or complicated ticket systems, but clarity and short lines. Customers don't have to worry about peripheral issues and can therefore get on with their work faster. This provides peace of mind and prevents frustration.
This year, we also improved our product range again. Our collection of prescription safety glasses has been expanded to include seven stylish frames. These new frames all comply with the most stringent ISO 16321 standard. These developments ensure that employees wear their glasses more comfortably and consistently, while employers experience fewer dropouts.

When it comes to hearing protection, we noticed that employees want to make more choices themselves. That is why, in early 2026, we will expand our range of otoplastics with a number of striking colors. This increases acceptance in the workplace, without sacrificing protection or quality.
Many customers not only want products, but also expertise and advice. That's why, in 2025, we invested even more time in researching changes in legislation and employer compensation. We have bundled all the collected knowledge into various white papers and knowledge articles. In this way, we help companies make informed decisions and to properly substantiate them internally.

In 2025, we took great steps towards a more sustainable way of working. We digitized where possible and made conscious choices in materials. For example, all eyewear accessories are now made from 100% recycled PET and we are working to provide as many frames made of bio-based materials as possible.
In addition, we installed solar panels on the roof of our office and all our otometricians are now driving fully electrically to customers in the Netherlands and Belgium. We have thus permanently replaced our last fossil fuel car.
In 2026, we will stay true to what matters to us: simplicity, reliability and quality. Next year, our service team will again be ready to ensure that your employees can work safely and efficiently.
