We are proud to announce that our Net Promoter Score (NPS) this year has been a great 75 is! This means that a large number of our customers are not only satisfied, but also actively recommend us to others.

The NPS is calculated by asking customers how likely they are to recommend our service, on a scale of 0 to 10. Scores of 8, 9, and 10 are considered “ambassadors,” while scores of 0 to 5 are “critical customers.” By subtracting the percentage of critical customers from the percentage of ambassadors, the NPS is created.
