If you want to clean your glasses thoroughly, you can do this by starting by washing your hands with soap and water and then drying them thoroughly. This way, you avoid getting your glasses dirty with your fingers.
Then rinse your glasses with lukewarm water to at least remove dust so that you don't scratch your lenses. Do not use hot water, this can damage the coatings of your glasses.
Then apply a drop to each lens neutral hand soap put it on and gently rub it over the lenses and the frame with your fingers. Do not use detergent or other cleaning products, as they may contain acidic ingredients that can damage the coatings of your glasses.
Rinse your glasses with lukewarm water and then dry them with a microfiber cloth.
And your glasses are clean!
